If you own a property in Chania prefecture and you are not a permanent resident you need a property agent to manage, maintain and keep an eye on your property while you are away.
We can offer a wide range of services whether you are using your home as a holiday home for yourself or using it as a holiday let.
In case you are using your villa for letting purposes on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis, you will need someone to clean, maintain and prepare it for guests.
In the case of a new building we can always help you by obtaining quotes, supervising the progress of the building work, providing you photos and reports of the work while you are away, cleaning of the property after all the building work or even during the work, equipping of the new home (helping you dealing with local suppliers), shopping items for you, accepting deliveries and finally preparing the home for your arrival.
Our Services
Programmed inspection visits:
key holding, check all the areas indoors/outdoors, report for damages and inform you if anything needs your attention. We also check the mailbox for bills/letters.
Necessary repairs and replacements:
If necessary repairs are identified during inspection visits, you will be informed immediately and supplied with photographs. We can obtain competitive quotes and then supervise the work.
Preparation of the property for the new season
air condition services/ fire extinguisher service/satellite TV/internet connection. Also a guidelines book can be provided with useful information of the property, latest information for local events or places of interested.
Pool maintenance and visits:
include cleaning of pool, ensure the satisfactory chemical levels, adjust pH level, checking of pool equipment and service if is needed.
