Our Services

Programmed inspection visits:

key holding, check all the areas indoors/outdoors, report for damages and inform you if anything needs your attention. We also check the mailbox for bills/letters.

Necessary repairs and replacements:

If necessary repairs are identified during inspection visits, you will be informed immediately and supplied with photographs. We can obtain competitive quotes and then supervise the work.

Preparation of the property for the new season

air condition services/ fire extinguisher service/satellite TV/internet connection. Also a guidelines book can be provided with useful information of the property, latest information for local events or places of interested.

Pool maintenance and visits:

include cleaning of pool, ensure the satisfactory chemical levels, adjust pH level, checking of pool equipment and service if is needed.

Cleaning Services

  • Mid clean

    cleaning during stay: Includes the change of bed linen and towels, cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning and mopping of all internal floors and balconies.

  • Big clean

    changeovers: Includes airing the house, making up beds, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, dusting furniture, cleaning and mopping floors and balconies and cleaning windows/shutters. In general, preparing the villa for the clients’ accommodation

  • Spring clean

    beginning of the new season: Includes a thorough cleaning of the villa indoors and outdoors as it has been unused during the winter months. We check the electricity and water supply, all electrical appliances and light bulbs, checking batteries, tidy storage room and check all linen, check household items for replacements, clean indoors and outdoors, check pool and tidy the garden.

Other Services

  • Welcome pack

    In case you want to welcome your guests, a welcome pack is provided to them and includes a starter supply for guests: water, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, eggs and a bottle of wine.
    This is a basic welcome pack and the supplies can be changed according to your preferences.

  • Gardening Services

    include maintenance visits regarding the needs of the garden or a new landscaping in case of a new property. Each visit includes: pruning, checking for spraying or fertilizer needs, checking of irrigation system, watering plants where is needed, cleaning all the garden area of branches or leaves. All equipment is supplied.

  • Laundry

    Pickup and delivery of linen/towels/clothes/curtains

  • 24h Emergency call responding

    our phones are at the disposal of the guests for any issue may occur.

  • Taxi arrangements

    we can arrange guests’ transportation from and to airport plus trips around Chania area.

  • In the case of a new building we can always help you by obtaining quotes, supervising the progress of the building work, providing you photos and reports of the work while you are away, cleaning of the property after all the building work or even during the work, equipping of the new home (helping you dealing with local suppliers), shopping items for you, accepting deliveries and finally preparing the home for your arrival.

  • EOT License

    We can help you in order to legally rent your Crete property to holiday makers either you need to obtain a license from the Greek national tourism organization (EOT-in Greek) or register the property on the Short Term Rental Register.

  • Accountant visits

    we keep the receipts and visit your accountant whenever is needed.

  • Monthly report

    at the end of each month you will receive a detailed excel file with all the charges and any needs of your property. If something needs directly repair or replacement you will be informed immediately.
